They are walking distance to the marina, beach club, restaurants, casino, golf, and spa.

Marbella and Terrazas Condominiums are 3,800 sq. ft. with 3 bedroom/3½ baths, tropical colonial architecture, panoramic ocean and marina views, BBQ areas, and air-conditioned fitness facility. Set on a hillside, they are an easy walk to Los Suenos Marina.

Condos are individually and privately owned. While there are strict guidelines, some condos may be more luxurious than others. Furnishing, including the number and types of beds, may vary from unit to unit. Prices are offered on a daily or weekly basis. Housekeeping is included but is not daily. Popular optional services include chef, babysitting and in-room spa treatments.

Activities include hiking, horseback riding, kayaking, miniature golf, mountain biking, scuba diving, snorkeling, surfing, and volleyball.
