El Silencio Lodge & Spa is a planet-friendly sanctuary for soft adventure and inspired wellness. Set on a 500-acre private forest reserve, El Silencio is a eco friendly resort and wellness center.  The Lodge offers a river-trimmed spa, hiking trails, yoga classes, and a restaurant featuring fresh, organic ingredients from their on-site organic vegetable garden.  All reservations include three a la carte meals (including non-alcoholic beverages) per day, personal eco-concierge per party, and one Mystic Hiking Guided Tour per party. 

The personal eco-concierge guides travelers along spectacular hiking trails, through the forest and past hidden waterfalls to discover exuberant flora and wildlife, perhaps even the mystical Quetzal Bird. Other nearby activities include horseback riding, river rafting, mountain biking, and zip-lining, but perhaps the best pastime is sitting back, relaxing and letting the beauty wash over you. 

Each Deluxe Suite features river or cloud forest views, a private viewing deck and whirlpool, gas fireplace, complimentary minibar, and premium amenities, including L'Occitane personal care products.  Luxurious suites offer world-class amenities and comforts with a blend of authentic Costa Rican architecture from the imagination of Ronald Zurcher.

A two night minimum stay is required, and children must be at least eight years old.  A maximum of two children per suite is allowed. El Silencio Lodge & Spa is registered with Costa Rica's greenhouse gas offsetting program, FONAFIFO.
