Los Suenos Ocean & Golf Resort is a luxury Costa Rica resort and residential development nestled between the warm waters of the Pacific and a 1,100 acre tropical rainforest. The Marriott Los Suenos, along with the golf course and marina, anchor the Los Suenos Resort development, which offers luxury condos and homes, ranging from one to seven bedrooms, situated in a 1,100-acre ocean, marina and golf community. Every rental unit includes 24 hour/7 days a week front desk, room service, maid service, and security guards. All properties are fully-furnished with gourmet kitchen, including dishwasher and laundry facilities, phone, cable TV in all living rooms and master bedrooms, with stereo and DVD in most units, dial-up or high speed Internet access, central A/C, ceiling fans, and safe-deposit boxes.

Guests of Los Suenos Condos have access to Los Suenos Marriott and its amenities. This luxury Costa Rica resort features La Iguana Golf Course, an 18-hole, par-72 championship course designed by Ted Robinson that has a spectacular gallery featuring friendly monkeys and brightly hued macaws. Other offerings include Poseidon Fitness & Spa, six restaurants and lounges in magnificent settings, free-form pool, nature preserve, Stellaris Casino, and an 11,900 sq. ft. social event or meeting space.

Los Suenos consists of various developments. Colina Condominiums offer one-, two- and three-bedroom, 2,000 sq. ft. units featuring colonial architecture, golf course and rainforest views, BBQ areas, air-conditioned fitness facility, and private covered parking. They are walking distance to the marina, beach club, restaurants, casino, golf, and spa.

Veranda Condominiums offer 750 to 2,200 sq. ft. one bedroom/one bath, two bedroom/two bath or three bedroom/three bath units with Spanish, tropical architecture, golf fairway or rainforest views, BBQ areas, sundeck with shade palapas, air-conditioned fitness facility, and private covered parking. They are walking distance to the marina, beach club, restaurants, casino, golf, and spa.

Marbella and Terrazas Condominiums are 3,800 sq. ft. with 3 bedroom/3½ baths, tropical colonial architecture, panoramic ocean and marina views, BBQ areas, and air-conditioned fitness facility. Set on a hillside, they are an easy walk to Los Suenos Marina.

Condos are individually and privately owned. While there are strict guidelines, some condos may be more luxurious than others. Furnishing, including the number and types of beds, may vary from unit to unit. Prices are offered on a daily or weekly basis. Housekeeping is included but is not daily. Popular optional services include chef, babysitting and in-room spa treatments.

Activities include hiking, horseback riding, kayaking, miniature golf, mountain biking, scuba diving, snorkeling, surfing, and volleyball. Among the area attractions are canopy tours, Carara Biological Reserve, river rafting, Jungle Crocodile Safari, Manuel Antonio National Park, and Tortuga Island cruises. Tortuga Kids Club provides a variety of activities for children of all ages.
